Also the screw-on adaptor on top of NGK plugs can loosen. I had the same problem and this was the cause.

I'm in PCRA, and running in PM 250GP. I ran PM F2 last year at the BSFOS. 3YL frame to 4TW should be fine, I guess it depends on whether any mods were done to the frame...
