I use Swedetech for crank rebuilds and had him cut some heads , great results.
It was however for a 4TW but Raine knows his TZ stuff!

Same for me but every second piston I swap them.
I put a very thin coat of greae on them so they wont stick..

I use K&N filter socks over my intake box openings. Still have lots of power. I used to find dirt, flies etc in my cases during crank rebuilds but since using the socks its been perfectly clean!

I can see the cover for the top box in the picture.
It's what is clipped in with the Dzus connector on the left box, upside down, in your picture!

I have a 98 similar setup
At Brainerd and Road America I am typically R6 Nozzles and roughly 360/370 MJ depending on weather.
But having said that, I would start with R7 and a bit richer on MJ and...
