Sorry, but I cannot tel you if the 5 spoke wheels are lighter the original wheels.
Personally, if i was buying an NX5, I would prefer the standard wheels.

Try asking for Ethafoam (that's what it is called in the UK). Very, very similar to the Honda foam.
Any upholsterer should be able to supply it.
