Mike, what classes do you enter in AHRMA?

The obvious and reliable class is "Open 2-stroke"" where we have seen a very well developed RZ and an occasional RD hand grenade. In our diminished and oblivious state with engine #2 Greg managed to out ride and outlast, if not overpower, them. On the occasions where we want more racing miles, AHRMA tends to assign us to "Formula Thunder". I've always felt that this is an odd 'up-class' for us but has produced amusing tussles with the likes of 750 BMW airheads in which Greg usually prevails. Most recently at Grattan, they let us run with Formula Vintage where Greg pulled away from a beautiful and well-ridden RD.
My impression is that the officials are approachable for suggested fields as we see who is there.
We have always wanted to see more "I'll be there if you will be there." conversations here ahead of time.
Greg's private conversations with Darrell re. this weeks AHRMA NJMP did not bear fruit and we are instead headed to the prosaic AMA/WERA Vintage Days at Mid-Ohio where we saw you several years ago and perhaps again?
Just yesterday Greg spotted a Cycle World note that Nick Ineasch(sp?) will be there with TZ750's and possibly other 2-stroke celebratory machines. Had we seen that earlier, it might have tipped our hand for the additional 7 hours drive each way.

    Cool, thanks Mike.

I may make it down to VMD as a spectator this w/e. I'll look for you if we do.
