15/39 is a good starting point if you are running a stock 5th and 6th internal ratios. As for jetting, it all depends on your bike. In my experience no two bikes are ever the same on the TT course and it also depends on how you ride it, whether you are a newcomer etc. Personally, I don't change from what I run on short circuits. If you are a newcomer and doing the controlled laps on the TZ then remember that you wont be going flat out and as a result your temp is going to be all over the place due to the slower/stop/start nature of the lap behind the marshal. If you are also riding a 4T then I would use that for the speed controlled lap.

HI Nieltziom cheers 15t/39t fitted with 20/22- (0.909) optional 6th gear #430/440 main jets R5 needle jet #75 power jets ignition timing 1.6/1.5 BTDC as set by Graham File Tony Green pipes 98 air boxes and fuel pump How does that sound. At Cadwell and Darley I ran #370/#380 Main Jets. I,m not a newcomer but have not raced their since 95 on reverse cylinder although I did practice in 2008 but did not race due to crap weather and all pit crew left on ferry so they might make me do a controlled lap.

You wont be newcomer so wont have to do the lap. If your bike ran safe like that then i wouldnt go that far on the mains, try 410/420. I ran a very similar spec bike to yours for a few years before my 5KE but with an r6nozzle. Your bike actually sounds like my old one, where did you get it from? Does it have 2000 forks and larger discs fitted?
