hello, I installed a larger radiator with 400cc of water in comparison to the more standard, yet yesterday after two rounds, with an outside temperature of about 30 degrees, I had the water at 67/69 degrees, which may be the problem?

Tbh doesn't sound to bad to me in those conditions, I'd say if there wax a problem it could be with air still in the system, make sure it's purged from both cylinders, assuming its a v twin.
