No idea. FWIW I was able to repeatedly stay neck-n-neck with my friend's 2008 TZ (also leaded setup), so I think it's running pretty good. I will verify with Roland what CCs these heads really are (EDIT: they're 7.5cc). His engravings on the heads are hard to read, but he said he cut them for pretty high compression. Aside from jetting, I found that adjusting the timing between 1.7 and 2.0mm BTDC for different tracks made good changes in the powerband. At Thunderhill I backed it off and it pulled past 13.5k. Conversely it liked more advance at Sears Point and really snapped off the corners, and there's only one short straight at Sears where you need to wring it's neck. Last weekend at TH I ran 1.8mm and a tooth higher (14/39) and I went faster.

I'm a buyer at a lower price. You might find someone in Europe at that price, however.

    Hi all-
I had a verbal agreement with a buyer back in mid October. However he has not arranged for shipping, and has not sent a deposit.
Meanwhile I did a complete tear-down, inspection and reconditioning of the bike. The crank is in great shape at .94mm/.91mm sideplay. The gearbox is excellent (particularly 2nd gear). I re-assembled the motor with matched deckheights and squish (.60mm). Leakdown tested rock-solid. Everything is clean and ready to go for next season.
I don't want to be a prick, but the buyer has had 9 weeks to arrange for shipping. I have sent him freight carrier information, and received my own quotes. I have requested a deposit to secure the sale. I need to find a new home for this great bike.
I have pics of the engine and gearbox teardown. I can send detailed pics at your request.
Dropping the price to $7,500. I can take the bike to have it crated, but I respectfully request that the buyer handles shipping arrangements.
    Thanks everyone.

As Neiltziom says...that's a great price, don't go lower. I see the Specialized logo on bike. Do you work there?
