    The reason I want a pic is so I can make the bushing & modify the pulley myself. a pic would make that easier, but otherwise I will make the bushing & modify the pulley without them, is that too difficult to understand?

    with all due respect, that is exactly why i'm NOT inclined to post a pic. it's RSC's idea, i think he should get the work. i'm not inclined to facilitate the end around....
