also: make sure you 'update' the setting when you make the change in the GUI. that one always gets me w/ the ignitech box. (i dont like to keep the auto-update enabled)

    trying to understand:
when you use the 'test' function, it works properly. correct?

but, when you go and try and run the bike, it moves too far. Correct? both open and close?

recall that it is RPM dependent. are you doing this test w/ engine running? off? maybe something with how the map is set at low/zero rpm? are you inputting the differnt values all the way across the map. similar thought if you are using a TPS and running a 2D map(?).

just trying to brainstorm some possibilities with you..... it's got to be something 'simple'.

with engine off use the first settting on the left hand side (0rpm) to go up and down and program the unit with each change, it should move each time as the bike is doing 0rpm. this way you get the setting for fully open and fully closed... HTH

Sorted it was me with my programming Jiri from Ignitech sent me a file to load now it's ok, basically I'd been using too higher amd lower values I.e. I'd 0 for 0 % and 5 for 100 % in mv.
