5KE Seat height and rear spring suggestion?

    a d v e r t i s e m e n t

I'll be trying my 5KE on the track for the first time very soon.
Manual says: Seat height adjustment standard lenght 27 mm.
    Extent of adjustment 21-33mm...
    What do you guys run?

    I weigh 160-165 with riding gear, on a bumpy track would you go with a 425 lbs/in (7.6 kg/mm) or a 450 lbs/in (8.0 kg/mm)?

    Any suggestions for front springs?

    Thanks in advance
    Eddy
