This is the build prior to a final adjustment of the fairing ,which I've pulled back about an inch and i have just tweaked the lower pipes up a little and re welded them with some stiffeners, (i may need to lengthen the exit tubes a bit but i will see what it looks like painted) and I've put the hanging bracket mounts on.
I will send the bike to the paint shop so they can align the stripes and decals ,and then a strip down for paint plating powder coat etc. The motor is untested so i will rebuild that as well.

I can't claim any credit for that one as i didn't go, it would have been Steve and the team that did that.
I am looking forward to getting the BVD Mk8 to a few classic meetings this year, hopefully getting JR in the saddle again if he can. Mick Grant rode it in South Africa and was going to ride again at Cadwell last year when rain stopped play.
Steve Parrish rode her in Holland and did a great job for the Dutch fans, when Boet didn't ride.
I have some shots of him with the back wheel in the air braking on the cobble street circuit at Eext!!
