To the best of my knowledge the cases have been NLA for some time, trying to contact Bruce to place order for cases. Bruce, are you trying to get another production run going?

...here I go again...
There is a shop in UK that fixes bearing seats and line bore them.
If everything seems under control, you are just not going fast enough!

As far as I can tell the bearing journals are not worn, they don't need to be fixed, the crankshaft bearings are an interference fit in the cases. possibly they are out of alignment, not sure how to determine that

Are you using any form of bearing retaining Loctite product or installing the bearings dry?

I have tried both, using red loctite on just the drive side journal when I thought I had worn journals, but after measuring with bore gauge found out that clearance was correct , bearing clearance does not seem to be the issue here
