a d v e r t i s e m e n t>
Hi I have in the past obtained a con-rod Pin and bearing from accu Products for my TZ 125 1995 Model ,I was wondering if there were any other sources people know of getting a bit scarce i assume these days ,cheers John.

... feel the power...
RSCycles and TSO.US.com still have the conrod; neither seems to have the pin. Oddly enough, Yam changed big-end bearing and washers when they went to the 54x54 engine with the 125, but the 250 bearings and washers stayed the same, even into the 5KEs.

Thank's for the Information appreciated for sure, It's interesting there was a number change there as well Rod I believe ,I always leave things a little late the pin measures 24 mm in dia .How long I get to ride into the future is another story I would like to make up a fresh crank to be safe ,a spare motor I bought looks like it had a new rod and bearings fitted still good after 50 laps or so of Philip Island all good can't expect to have parts forever I suppose .cheers John.

I have an Idea on the crank pin, this is not a difficult thing to get made I have a heat treatment place down the road I might get it tested and have one ground .I think it's worth looking into .

you can use the 3xv rod that the TZ 4dp uses and bearing. Just need to buy the pin which can be found a a pattern part on fondseca site.
