4JT conrod

What is the physical difference (dimensions) between a 4JT-11651-00 and 4JT-11651-10 conrod?

I know the -00 is for the 56mm bore engine and the -10 if for the 54mm square engine and seems to be listed as 99-00.

I only have the 99 parts list.

The 4JT early 56mm x 50.7 and the later one is 56x56 I think I have 95 model .I'm no good at this stuff

You mean 54x54 :-)
The -10 is revised part number. I believe they were all 110mm eye to eye but may be the smaller little end to suit the later 19mm gudgeon pin. I remember Bruce Lind stating they revised the conrods shotpeening and polishing due to failures in the early 5ke/ 54mm platform.
